How to reach the clinic, and which channel to use for what.

This clinic is not for emergencies. If your child is unwell, call your doctor, go to the nearest emergency department, or call 911.

The clinic does not have a phone line yet; the voicemail number will be published here once it is active. Until then, please email referrals@bbdclinic.ca. Messages are answered within 3 business days.

Fax

The fax number will be published here once the line is active. The clinic starts accepting referrals in January 2027.

referrals@bbdclinic.ca is for administrative correspondence from clinicians and families. Please do not send health information by ordinary email; it is not a secure channel and the clinic does not provide clinical care by email.

Secure messages

Once your child is a patient, the clinic will tell you how to send secure messages. This is the preferred way to raise non-urgent questions between visits.
