Join the network
The clinic is starting with one physician and plans to grow into a small network of Ontario physicians who share the same referral form, intake, triage rules, treatment plans and handouts, so that a family receives the same advice whichever network physician they see. Physicians in other provinces who are interested in a similar network are also welcome to get in touch.
What network physicians share
- A standardized referral form, intake questionnaire and triage rules.
- Common treatment algorithms, patient handouts and note templates, reviewed together so that advice is consistent.
- A physical clinic location in the Greater Toronto Area where the physician can see network patients in person when needed.
- Orientation to the network's clinical approach and tools before seeing network patients.
- Quarterly meetings to review cases, handouts and workflow.
- Group billing arrangements, explained during onboarding.
Who this is for
Physicians licensed in Ontario with an interest in paediatric bowel and bladder dysfunction, including general paediatricians and family physicians with a paediatric focus. Physicians outside Ontario are welcome to express interest for future phases; virtual care and licensing rules differ by province and out-of-province billing is not offered.

A parent or guardian?
Families cannot refer themselves. Your child's doctor or nurse practitioner decides whether a referral to the clinic is right.
