Resources
The handouts below are the ones the clinic gives to families. Each carries a version number and date so that everyone works from the same edition. They are general information and do not replace advice from your child's own clinician.

The referral criteria, what to include and how to refer are on the Refer page, and a one-page referral guide can be printed or saved to your EMR. Handouts may be shared with families you refer.
Next steps
Referring a child?
The clinic starts accepting referrals in January 2027. The criteria are published now.
A parent or guardian?
Families cannot refer themselves. Your child's doctor or nurse practitioner decides whether a referral to the clinic is right.
